Instructor-led forklift training is better than online training - participants get
the benefit of asking questions and hearing anecdotes of actual incidents/accidents
that relate to the material being presented, as well as sharing their own experiences.
The training usually takes place at the workplace, in surroundings familiar to the
trainee. Practical observation and testing is in the actual workplace.
Training is done according to Ministry guidelines.
A PowerPoint presentation is used, along with other visual aids including videos.
The classroom portion takes approximately half a day.
A certificate is issued to participants on completion.
